APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
MUSKEGO BEER DEPOT
WHEREAS Lawrence Fischer, owner of Muskego Beer Depot, has
requested approval of building, site and operational plans for
a 20' x 63' addition to the Muskego Beer Depot, S75 W17308
Janesville Road, to be used for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission on the 7th day of September, 1971, granted a conditional use to Mr. Fischer which permitted him
to construct five apartment units above the beer depot, and
WHEREAS in order to have sufficient open space, Mr. Fischer
purchased land north and adjacent to his property measuring
and 125' x 167' on which there are three existing residential units,
WHEREAS the proposed addition raises the question as to whether or not the residential units on the property have sufficient usable
