APPROVAL OF ACCESSORY BUILDING ARTHUR STEPHENS
WHEREAS Arthur Stephens has submitted a request to construct
a 10' x 25', accessory building on his property, W193 S6852
Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS the proposed accessory building will be located with
the required offsets, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse effect: on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control Board
(Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Arthur
Stephens to construct a 10' x 25', accessory building on his
property at W193 S6852 Hillendale Drive.
