REAFFIRMING REZONING RECOMMENDATION
AGENTEN, KATZFEY, KOEFERL
WHEREAS the Comon Council has referred the rezoning of
property in Section 12 owned by Frank Agenten, C. P. Katzfey,
and Gregory Koeferl Estate from RS-3 to RS-2 back to the Plan Com-
mission for reconsideration of extending the lowlands further to
the east, and
WHEREAS after review of the topography, soils, and drainage
in that area, it is the Plan Cmission's determination that the
Lowland District should be extended 850' to the east.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
property in Section 12 owned by Frank Agenten, C. P. Katzfey and
Gregory Koeferl Estate be rezoned from RS-3 to RS-2 with the
Lowland District extended 850' to the east.
