REFERRAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
FOR MUSKEGO BEER DEPOT TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been sub-
mitted for a 20' x 63' addition to the Muskego Beer Depot, S75
W17308 Janesville Road, to be used for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS there are presently existing-5 dwelling units above
the beer depot as well as 3 additional units on adjacent property
owned by Muskego Beer Depot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the building, site and operational plans
for an addition to the Muskego Beer Depot to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for determination as to how the open space will relate to
the residential units.
