ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
KRISTIN DOWNS
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Kristin Downs, a planned unit
development, prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker & Assoc. February,
1975, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to the objecting
agencies and to all affected city boards, corrnnissions and departments
for their review and recommendations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat for Kristin Downs, a
planned unit development.
BE IT FURTFER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will not take
action until the reports and recommendations from the objecting
agencies and affected city boards, commissions and departments have
been received.
