(AS AMENDED)
APPROVAL OF BUILDING & SITE PLANS
TUDOR OAKS
WHEREAS building and site plans prepared by Holland& Steed
February 8, 1975, with revision date of February 25, 1975, €or the
Tudor Oaks retirement center and nursing care unit have been submitted
to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the Commission has approved no more than 300 apartment
units and a 60 bed health care facility, and
WHEREAS the construction plans indicate 197 apartments, a 31 room
nursing care facility and two guest rooms, and
WHEREAS these plans submitted are identical to the prospective
study plans approved by the Commission in Resolution #P. C. 86-74
adopted July 2, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City d
Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational plans
€or the Tudor Oaks retirement center and nursing care unit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that plans for engineering services which
will include roads, drainage, sewers, water, landscaping, signs, etc.
will be submitted for approval as they are prepared.
