PCR19750270 RESOLUTION SIP. C. 27-75 APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION ROBERT KLENZ WHEREAS a sketch for an approximately 1-1/4 acre division from 6 acres owned by Robert Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach Lane, has been submitted for approval, and WHEREAS the proposed division will include the existing residence at S77 W16041 Sandy Beach Lane, and WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OLR District and the proposed lot more than meets the requirements for this district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this proposed 1-1/4 acre division of the Robert Klenz property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego will be receptive to the submission of a certified survey map subject to the following conditions: 1. That the certified survey map indicates a 60' road reservation extending from Woods Road as indicated on the sketch submitted and approved by the Plan Commission March 19, 1974, for Sandy Beach Subdivision, and 2. That the certified survey map indicate an easement from Woods Road to the newly created lot and to the remaining lands south of the electric company right-of-way until such time as a public road is provided.
