APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ELMER TINTI
WHEREAS Elmer Tinti has submitted a request to construct a
21' x 14', second garage structure on his property, S72 W17447
Schubring Drive, and
WHEREAS the proposed garage structure will be located with the
required off sets, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse effect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control Board
(Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Elmer Tinti
to construct a 21' x 14', second garage structure on his property
at S72 W17447 Schubring Drive.
