APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CHMLEL - SCHAUMBERG
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & ASSOC., Inc., April lst, 1975, has been submitted to
finalize the 6 acre division of the Walter and Stella Chmiel proprty
on Woods Road in Section 11, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this division was approved by
the Plan Commission at their meeting March 18th, 1975, and
WHEREAS the city's consulting engineers have reviewed the
certified survey map and have recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted for
the 6 acre division of the Chmiel property in Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recmends
approval of the certified survey map to the Common Council.
