APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #38
MUSKEGO NURSING HOME
WHEREAS Harold Swanto, Jr., S77 W18690 Janesville Road, has
petitioned for expansion of Conditional Use Grant #38 to permit
construction of an addition to the Muskego Nursing Home, 577 W18690
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held and plans
prepared by Architect Charles H. Slater reviewed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of this request for expansion of Conditional e-. Use Grant #38 to permit construction of an addition to the Muskego
Nursing Home subject to the following conditions:
1. That employee parking be designated along the west side of
the property along Lions Park Drive.
2. That Mr. Swanto or his architect provide the Plan Commission
with some plan for dampening the sound of both the garbage containers
and the exhaust fans.
3. mat the garbage cans and disposal area be moved to the west
side of the building and properly screened.
