APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURW MAP
RICHARD A. KOEHLER
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert Hilmer
March 8, 1975, has been submitted for the redivision of two
existing parcels on Island Drive in the SE 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS the lots are located in the RS-3 OED District and
more than meet the requirements of this district, and
WHEREAS the Sewer Committee has authorized the sewer
to be extended to Parcel "B".
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for the
redivision of lots on Island Drive subject to the approval of the
city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission does hereby
recommend to the Common Council approval of the certified survey
map.
