ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WILDFLOWER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 0
WHEREAS the developers of the proposed Wildflower planned unit development have appeared several times before the Commission with presentations for the Commission to consider, and
WHEREAS at the Commission meeting held on March 4th, 1975,

1. A relocation of the parkway in such a way as to provide sufficient room on the north side of the parkway to incorporate the
zero lot line patio homes which are presently located on the south
side which will provide better access to the open space of the
planned unit development by both the residents of the development
and the public. It is the wish of the Plan Commission to create an open lineal parkway.
2. The developer shall provide sufficient evidence that the
proposed water impoundment ponds- will, in fact, sufficiently reduce
the flooding problems presently occurring on Richdorf Drive or in lieu of that, a proposal to storm sewer the water to the lake.
3. Assurances that the road leading from Hillendale which will
eventually become a parkway will be completely constructed to its
termination at the south lot line of the project in the first phase or in lieu of that? provide a cash bond in a sufficient amount to assure its completlon at a later date.
4. A presentation to the Commission which would show how the
smaller parcel (3 to 5 acres) adjacent to Sunny Hill Drive will be
removed from this project and developed or the inclusion of the
smaller parcel in the overall project.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any subsequent approval by the
Cmission will be subject to the understanding that all requirements
of Section 6.02 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance shall be met which
shall include, but is not limited to, engineering, financial
ability, open space maintenance agreement, developer's agreement,
etc.
