APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
CHMIEL - SCHALJMBERG
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & Associates has been submitted for a 6 acre parcel division
of the Walter Chmiel property on Woods Road in Section 11, and
WHERFAS said division will include the residence at S77 W15483
Woods Road as well as the existing outbuildings, and
WHEREAS this proposed parcel would more than meet the require-
ments of the RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the preliminary plat for a 6
acre parcel division of the Walter Chmiel property on Woods Road
in Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map.
