DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS
LANE ALTMANN
WHEREAS Lane Altmann, S70 W17764 Muskego Drive, has submitted
a petition requesting legal status for Lot 12, Block 7, Muskego
Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Mr. Altmann's existing home is on the adjoining Lot 11,
Block 7, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250
.sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS Lots 11 and 12 each have 60' average width with
0 6000 sq. ft. in area and the lots combined barely meet the require-
ments for this district,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Cmon Council that the
request of Lane Altmann for legal status for Lot 12, Block 7,
Muskego Shores Subdivision, be denied.
