APPROVAL OF SKETCH POR LAM) DIVISION
THOMAS PERGUSON
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Thomas Fergusoa for a
one acre division of approximately 8 acres of his property in
Section 5, and
WHEREAS the one acre parcel will include the existing dwelling
at W192 S6570 Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District requiring 20,000 sq. ft. lots
with 110' average width and the lot proposed more than meets these
requirements.
THWEPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City 0 of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by Thomas
Perguson for a one acre division of his property in Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this one acre division.
