PCR19750140 RESOLUI'ION #P- C. 14-75 REFERRAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS TO PL ANN1 NG CONSULTANT I CARL POSBRIG WHIiREAS a petition for determination of legal status for two parcels of property on Racine Avenue in the SE 1/4 of Section 20 has been submitted by Carl Posbrig, W188 S9707 Parker Drive, and WHEREAS this area is zoned R-1 which requires 2 acres with 200' average width and the lots in question are one acre with 1501, and WHEREAS this original two parcel division of the Ervin Posbrig farm was granted in 1963 just prior to adoption of the existing zoning map and fell under the one acre size as required under the 0 previous zoning map, and WHEREAS a review of the area by Planning Consultant Mangiamele would be helpful to the Commission in their determination as to whether or not a granting of this request for legal lot status would be contrary to the intent of the ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this request for determination of legal status for two parcels of the Posbrig property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
