APPROVAL OF CJiRTIPIaD SURVEY MAP
(TINTI 8 DAEDA)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Inman, Inc.,
September 24th. 1974, has been submitted to finalize the three
parcel division of the Tinti-Daeda property on the east side of
Lannon Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS the lots meet the requirements for this Rs-3 OIR
District, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this three
parcel division in their Resolution #P. C. 4-75 adopted February
4th, 1975, and
WHEREAS in accordance with request from the Plan Commission,
@ 1 and also indicates that Lot 1 shall be used by an become a part
the certified survey map indicates increased lake frontage for Lot
of Lot 1, Block 1, hadowdale Subdivision, and shall be considered
one parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map as it
relates to layout and design subject to approval by the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RBSOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend approval of the certified survey map
to the Common Council subject to the condition that a deed restriction
be recorded combining parcel 1 of the certified survey map with Lot 1,
Block 1, Meadowdale Subdivision, and indicating that parcel 1 of the
certified survey map shall be used as open space and access to the lake
for Lot 1, Block 1, Meadowdale Subdivision. 0
