RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT
OLEIN1 K LANDS - TOWN 'OF VERNON
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has been requested to approve a
preliminary plat of lands owned by George Oleinik in the Town of
Vernon which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial jurisdiction,
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred the plans for this sub-
division to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review of the layout
and to the consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, for review of the
road layout and drainage in that area, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
of the subdivision layout, and
WHEREAS a copy of a report dated January 29, 1975, directed to
the Town of Vernon from the consulting engineers has been received,
and
WHEREAS the involved state and county agencies have not objected
to the plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for layout and
design and recommends to the Common Council approval of the preliminary
plat of lands owned by George Oleinik in the Town of Vernon.
