RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE PROPERTIES IN THE NE 1/4 of SECTION 12 to RS-2

WHER-EAS predominantly undeveloped portions of the Agenten,
Katsfey and Koeferl properties in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 are pre-
sently zoned XS-3, and
WHEREAS the up-dated comprehensive plan and the proposed zoning
district map indicate this area as being an RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS recent development to the north of this area has been
under the RS-2 District requirements and it is anticipated that the
area to the south will be developed equal to that of RS-2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they
initiate a petition to rezone to RS-2 that property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 12 presently zoned X-3.
