RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE THE CHESTER LUEDTKE PROPERTY
IN SECTIONS 10 & 11 TO RS-2
WHEREAS the Chester Luedtke property south of Janesville Road
in Sections 10 and 11 is presently zoned RS-3, and
WHEREAS the proposed up=dated zoning district map indicates
this area. as an RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS development of this property with the RS-2 District
requirements will be more compatible with the surrounding areas.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they 0 initiate a petition to rezone the Chester Luedtke property south
of Janesville Road in Sections 10 and 11 to E-2.
