RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE PROPERTY AT THE SOUNWEST CORNER OF
RACINE AVENUE AND TANS DRIVE TO R-7
I WHEREAS the area south of Tans Drive and west of Racine Avenue
is presently zoned RS-2 which indicates that municipal sewers will
be available, and
WHEREAS it is anticipated that municipal sewers are not
intended for this area, and
WHEREAS the nature of the terrain is such that it would
lend itself to larger lots. ..
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they
initiate a petition to rezone the area south of Tans Drive and west
of Racine Avenue to R-1.
