PCR1975007WHEREAS the Hi Y Ranches Subdivision is presently zoned 11-2
OED, and
WHEREAS this subdivision is now served by municipal sewers, and
WHEREAS the lots in the subdivision meet the requirements of
the RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS the proposed up-dated zoning district map indicates
this area as RS-2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they
initiate a petition to rezone the Hi Y Ranches Subdivision from
R-2 OED to RS-2.
