PCR19750050 RESOLUTION #P. C. 5-75 RECOMMENDATION OF REVISION TO LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE WHEREAS an opinion concerning Section 2.4 of the Land Division Ordinance has been received from City Attorney Buckley in which he advises that this section indicates that after 1967 one person could acquire two existing sub-standard lots adjoining side by side and build a home on each lot, and WHEREAS the purpose of this section of the ordinance is intended to prohibit high density and other related problems and the ordinance should govern the buildability of these s,Jb-standard lots. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City a of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that Section 2.4 of the Land Division Ordinance read as follows: "EXISTING SUBSTANDARD LOTS. (1) CONVEYANCE RESTRICTED. A lot of record on or after May 15, 1967, which does not conform to the zoning regulations of the city and which adjoins along the side of a lot held in the same ownership, shall not be conveyed to another owner nor shall a building permit be issued for a structure on such a lot except in conformity with the following ............ 11 City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted JAN 7 1976 Defeated Deferred b js 1-2-75
