PCR1975004RESOLUTION #P. C. 4-75 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (TINT1 - DAEDA) 0 WHEREAS a sketch for a three parcel division of the Tinti-Daeda property west of Lannon Drive on Little Muskego Lake in Section 9 was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele in October, 1974, for review and recommendation, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted his report to among others, was that the proposed lots should not have less than the Commission in October, 1974, and one of the recommendations, 60' fronting on the lake, and WHEREAS a revised sketch for the three parcel division has now been submitted which indicates increased frontage along the lake front, and attorney as to whether or not they could legally prohibit the division, and WHEREAS the Commission had requested an opinion from the city November 18, 1974, that "there are no laws or ordinances by which WHEREAS City Attorney Buckley advised in his communication dated the city might refuse this land division so long as the division complies with the zoning and platting laws", and WHEREAS Mr. Tinti has indicated that proposed Lot 1 will not be Gardens tavern and motel directly across Lannon Drive. built upon but will serve as access to the lake for the Lakeview THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a three parcel division of property along Little Muskego Lake on the west side of Lannon Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the certified survey map will be subject to the provision that proposed Lot 1 shall be attached by description to the parcel of land on which the Lakeview Gardens tavern and motel is located (Lot 1, Block 1, bleadowdale Subdivision).
