REFERRAL OF OLEINIK PRELIMINARY PIAT
TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & Associates November, 1974, for a proposed subdivision
of lands owned by George Oleinik in the Town of Vernon has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for this
proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for eview of the layout and to the consulting engineers
for review of the road layout and drainage in that area.
