PCR1974168RESOLUTION #P. C. 168-74 (AS AMENDED) AND CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - MARY ANDROJNA APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR PUBLIC STREET WHEREAS a request from Mary Androjna that the private road at the north end of Wentland Drive be classified as a public street to permit the division of her property was referred to Planning Con- Commission meeting of November 19, 1975, and sultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation at the Plan and has determined that if the north extension of Wentland Drive is classified as apublic street, it could create road patterns which would permit development of the Androjna property and adjacent properties, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed that area WHEREAS the Plan Commission concurs with the recommendation of Planning Consultant Mangiamele, and WHEREAS the necessary public hearing was held before the Public Works Committee and that Cornittee has recmended that Wentland Drive be extended to the north ending in a cul-de-sac, and 0 March 5, 1975, has been submitted for the division of two parcels WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Gary E. Schaefer which conform to the RS-3 District requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby approve of the certified survey map for the two parcel division of cul-de-sac at the north end of Wentland Drive be shown on the certi- the Androjna property subject to the condition that the temporary fied survey map and subject to approval by the city engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 30' strip along the north edge of Parcel B indicated for sewer easement be dedicated to the city for street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the certified survey map property and further recommends that the north extension of Wentland subject to the above conditions for the division of the Androjna Drive be classified as a public street.
