APPROVAL OF DECORATIVE BmK - M. F. BURAZIN CORP.
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved building, site and operational
plans for the M. F. Burazin Corp. on Mercury Drive in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park in September, 1974, and
WHEREAS this approval was contingent upon Plan Commission approval
of a landscaping plan and the decorative block to be used for the
building, and
WHEREAS a landscape plan and a sample of the decorative block
have now been submitted.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the decorative block for the M. F. Burazin
Corp. on Mercury Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Burazin Corp. shall be required
to present to the Plan Commission a more definitive and comprehensive
landscape plan.
