DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS
LOTS 8 & 9, HILLVIEM FARM PLAT

WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Donald and Marilyn
Shine, W192 S7196 Hillside Drive, requesting legal status for Lots
8 and 9, Block 3, Hillview Parm Plat, and
WHEREAS the Planning Consultant and Zoning Officer have
recommended denial of this request because the requirement for this
RS-3 OED District is 75' average width and 11, 250 sq. ft. in area
and the lots in question are 50' in average width and 10,000 sq. ft.
in area; the majority of the lots in this area are held in joint
ownership; and it has been the Plan Commission's past recommendation
to deny petitions which have been submitted for legal status in this
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council denial of this
request for legal status for Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Hillview Farm
Plat.
