APPROVAL OF SKETCH AND REQUEST FOR PREL3MINARY PLAT
(CORNELIUS KATSPEY)
WHEREAS asketch for a two acre division of the Cornelius Katsfey
property was referred to Public Works and the Consulting Engineers
for a drainage study because of a drainage creek which crosses this
property, and
WHEREAS Mr. Katsfey has indicated his willingness to grant a
40' easement to the city for the drainage creek.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this two acre division
e of the Cornelius Katsfey property.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby request a preliminary plat to be submitted which
also includes a cross section of the ditch&the location of the drainage
ditch with the proposed easement to aid in the drainage study.
