C. 162-74 REFERRAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION TO WHEREAS a sketch for a two acre division of the Cornelia Katsfey property, S72 W12955 Tess Corners Drive, has been submitted for con- sideration, and WHEREAS the proposed lot is in an unsewered RS-3 District which requires 200' average width and 30,000 sq. ft. in area and this lot more than meets these requirements, and WHEREAS a drainage creek runs through a portion of the proposed lot and through the remainder of the Katsfey property, and 0 WHEREAS easements may be necessary for the maintenance Of this creek. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEU that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for a two acre division of the Cornelia Katsfey property to Public Works and the Consulting Engineers for a drainage study. CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND PUBLIC WORKS REPERRAL OF REQUEST FOR WOODS ROAD RELOCATION (BOLDT - DEANGELIS) WHEREAS an agreement has been reached between Dorothy Boldt and Frank DeAngelis whereby through an exchange of property the Woods Road right-of-way could be moved to clear the DeAngelis barn from the right-of-way, and I WHEREAS it is the city's option to accept a property dedication and move the Woods Road right-of-way to the north. THEReFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this request for the relocation of Woods Road in Section 20 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele, the Consulting Engineers and Public Works for review and recommendation.
