APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
(LLOYD SCHWEITZER)
WHEREAS Lloyd Schweitzer, S94 W14258 Groveway Lane, has
requested a permit to construct a 30' x 30', second garage
structure to be used for the storage of antique cars, and
WHEREAS in making their determination, the Architectural
Control Board is to determine in accordance with Section 4.05
(1) B. of the zoning ordinance that such accessory structure
will not create a nuisance or substantial adverse effect on the
property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties,
and
WHEREAS the lot in question is approximately 3/4 of an acre in
size and the proposed location of the garage will have an approximately
150' setback from Groveway Lane and will be approximately 17' from
the nearest lot line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Lloyd Schweitzer to
construct a 30' x 30', second garage structure.
