REFERRAL OF REQUEST FOR PUBLIC STREET TO PLANNING CONSULTANI'
(MARY ANDROJNA)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission denied the request of Mary Androjna
for a three parcel division of her property in Section 5 August 20th,
1974, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission advised Mrs. Androjna at that time
that they would be receptive to a two parcel division of her property
and would give favorable consideration to the extension of a Wentland
Drive half street, and
WHEREAS a communication dated November 4, 1974, from Gary
Schaefer, Wisconsin Survey Company, on behalf of Mrs. Androjna has
been received requesting that the north-south private road at the
north end of Wentland Drive be classified as a public street so that
they can proceed with the division of this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer this request to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
