APPROVAL OF POND - BOXHORN GUN CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego
does hereby approve the request of Boxhorn Gun Club to construct
a 12' deep, 400' x 700' pond and a 35' high earth berm to be used for
noise barrier.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to review
by the Department of Natural Resources.
