APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OP CONDITIONAL USE GRAKT #61
(CHERVENKA - HARVEY)
for use of the building at S83 W20702 Janesville Road as an automobile
WHEREAS James Chervenka and Dean Harvey have submitted a petition
repair shop and have requested extended hours of operation, and
WHEREAS a conditional use status was granted to this property in
July, 1971, for an automobile repair shop under Grant Number 61, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions, among others, is that the hours
of operation shall be no earlier than 8:OO A. M. nor later than
8:OO P. M. Monday through Priday and no earlier than 8:OO A. M. nor
later than 5:00 P. M. on Saturday, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing to consider this request
has been held,
THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does. hereby approve of this expansion of Conditional Use
Grant #61 subject to the following conditions:
1. The hours of operation shall be no earlier than 8:OO A. M. nor later
than 9:OO P. M. Monday through Saturday. There shall be no overation
2. There shall be one sign limited to 8' x 16' on the roof of the
building, same to be lighted only during business hours.
3. Parking for the business shall be limited to the west side of the
building in an area no larger than 1000 sq. ft.
4. A performance bond in the amount of $2.000 shall be submitted to
insure that driveways and parking areas shall be hard-surfaced by
July 1, 1976.
5. Those areas not to be hard-surfaced shall be seeded or sodded by
July 1, 1975; this to include the east and rear of the site.
6. There shall be no outside storage. Disassembled cars shall not
be stored outside the building.
7. Cars under repair shall not be stored for more than 30 days.
8. All repairs and sales shall be conducted within the building.
