DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAM) DIVISION
VICTOR BARTOLI
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Victor Bartoli to
divide an existing parcel located at W175 S7121 Lake Drive, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OLS District which requires 66 2/3'
average width and 10,000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHERJjAS the proposed lots will be approximately 59' average
width and approximately 330' in length with approximately 15,600
sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS such division would create two long narrow lots, one
being a corner lot, and would require a variance in average width,
WHJiREAS the proposed lots would have only 36' of lake frontage,
and
WHEREAS the proposed division would add to congestion in this
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch to divide an existing parcel
at W175 S7121 Lake Drive submitted by Victor Bartoli.
