APPROVAL OP CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JOHN BAHR - ADA BUrCHER
WHBKEAS a certified survey map has been submitted for a one
parcel division of the Ada Butcher - Root River Investment Co.
property on College Avenue in Section 2, and
WHEREAS this is an unsewered I-1 District which requires
40,000 sq. ft. lots with 150' average width and the lot more than
meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS the division is being created for John Bahr, contractor,
to permit construction of a warehouse, and
WHEREAS percolation tests will not be necessary because this use
will not require an on-site absorption system. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map prepared by
Inman, Inc., September llth, 1974, to finalize a one parcel division
of the Ada Butcher - Root River Investment Co. property on College
Avenue.
BJi IT PURTHER RESOLVEL, that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
