APPROVAL OF CERTIPXSD SmVEY MAP
WALTER PAEPKE
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Walter Paepke for a one parcel
division of his property on Pioneer Drive in Section 16 was approved
by the Plan Commission October lst, 1974, and
WHEREAS the proposed parcel is located in an RS-2 District and
more than meets the lot size requirements for that district, and
WHEREAS the sketch approval was subject to the condition that
the proposed lot meet the depth of the 40' strip which had previously
been conveyed to the adjoining property owner, and
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Francis Hasebrook
0 October 25th. 1974, has now been submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS the newly created lot does meet the depth of the 40'
strip which had previously been conveyed to the adjoining property
owner as indicated by the certified survey map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to finalize
a one parcel division of the Walter Paepke property on Pioneer Drive
in Section 16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is sutjject to approval
by the city engineer.
