APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND OPERATIONAL PUNS
MAX M0LU;AARD
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans prepared by Verco,
Inc., April 1, 1974, have been submitted by Max Mollgaard, Menomonee
Palls, for a 100' x 120' warehouse to be constructed on a parcel
purchased from Ada Butcher - Root River Investment Co. on Tess Corners
Drive in Section 2, and
WHEREAS the plans also indicate a future 20' x 100' office addi-
tion, and
WHEREAS this is an 1-1 District and such warehouse is a permitted
use-by-right, and
WHEREAS the plans indicate that the building will be painted
e concrete, fluted or scored, block, and
WHEREAS the site plan indicates that the asphalt parking area
encroaches upon the utility easement, and
WHEREAS landscaping plans have not been submitted.
THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the building and operational plans
submitted by Max Mollgaard for a warehouse.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that a revised site plan shall be sub-
mitted indicating the landscaping and redesign of the asphalt
parking area which encroaches upon the utility easement.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of building and
operational plans is subject to the condition that the building will
be fluted or scored block.
