APPROVAL OP CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CARL GRATZEK
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Carl Gratzek to redivide Lots
3 and 4, Block 19, Jewel Crest Subdivision, was approved by the
Plan Commission in May, 1974, and
WHEREAS the lots in question are in the RS-3 OED District
which requires 75' average width and 11,250 sq. feet in area, and
WHEREAS the existing or proposed lots do not meet these require-
ments, however, the lots were held in separate ownership in 1967, and
WHEREAS it was the Commission's opinion that the redivision
of the lots would make them more compatible and appropriate to
the surrounding area, and
WI"S a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman July
24, 1974, has now been submitted for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified surveympindicating
the redivision of Lots 3 and 4, Block 19, Jewel Crest Subdivision
subject to the approval of the city engineer.
