WHEREAS on July 16, 1974, the Plan Commission adopted Resolution
#P. C. 32-74 (Revised) entitled Recommendation of Denial for Schaefer
Farms Planned Development, and
consider this petition of the George Schaefer Family and Lakeland
West, Inc:, for a planned development on approximately 143 acres of
property In Section 8, and
WHEREAS the Common Council held a public hearing in August to
volume of through traffic to adjoining subdivisions which might be
created, drainage problems, the density proposed and the incompati-
bility of multiple family in this area, and
WHEREAS at the public hearing concern was expressed over the
VREAs the Common &unci11 has deferred action on the proposed
planned development to give the Plan Commission an opportunity to
discuss with the developers alternate proposals for this planned
development, and
wkf.Ews the Plan Commission wishes to once again reaffirm its
the necessity for solution of the drainage problems, and concern
concern over the number of multiple family units in the proposal,
over the road layout.
THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby declare its willingness to review with the
developers the proposal for Wildflower planned development.
BE IT FURl'HEK RESOLVED that this willingness is based on the
understanding that there will be a sincere effort by the developers
to meet most of the objections and concerns raised at the public
hf5aring and by members of the Commission.
