APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS M. P. BURAZIN CORP.
WHEREAS M. P. Burazin Corp. has offered to purchase a parcel
of property in the industrial park on Mercury Drive, and
W-5 the sale is conditioned upon approval by the Plan
Commission of the building to be constructed on the property, and
WmREAS .a sketch has been submitted for a 58' x 48'. fluted
decorative block building to be used for warehouse purposes, and
WHEREAS the plans indicate proposed future expansion of this
building, however, at the present time the building will be used
for storage purposes only and there is no parking areas indicated
on the site plan.
e THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans contingent upon Plan Commission approval of a landscaping
plan and further that samples of the decorative block to be used
for the building be submitted for Commission approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if there is a change of use from
strictly storage to a use which would require parking facilities
a site. plan must be resubmitted for approval.
