APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE 81 OPERATIONAL PUNS
ROBERT GUMIENY 0
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego accepted an
offer to purchase one acre of property in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park from Robert Gumieny in February, 1974, and
WHERWS building, site and operational plans prepared by Harold
Baylerian, architect, July 8, 1974, have been submitted for approval,
and
WHEREAS the plans indicate construction of a 80' x 100' building
with decorative concrete block on the front and side returns with the
balance of the building in painted block.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of building, site and operational
plans for Robert Gumieny in the Muskego Business/ Industrial Park.
