APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR JAND DIVISION

WHEREAS adcetch has been submitted by Joseph Kelly for a one
parcel division of his property on Kelly Drive in Section 9, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 100' average
width and 15,000 sq. ft. in area and the lot proposed more than
meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for a one Parcel
division.., of the Joseph Kelly property on Kelly Drive in Section
9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map.
