APPROVAL OF SOLAR SYSTEM
(WARREN JONES)
WHEREAS plans were submitted to the Plan Commission for a
solar heating system by Warren Jones, W190 S7531 Richdorf Drive,
May 7th. 1974, and
WHEREAS at that time, the Muskego Zoning Ordinance &d not have
provisions to permit such a use, however, the zoning ordinance was
amended in August to permit a solar heating system as an accessory
use subject to approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the building inspector and planning consultant have
reviewed the plans for this solar heating system and have recommended
approval subject to the condition that the solar heating system be
constructed and the landscaping be completed, in accordance with the
plans submitted, within two years from the date of this approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVW that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the solar ieating system for Warren
Jones, W190 S7531 Richdorf Drive, subject to the condition that the
system be constructed and the landscaping completed, in accord. ance
with the plans submitted, within two years from the date of this
approval.
