0 DENIAL OF ARCHITECTURE OF PROPOSED DWELLING
(HILLENDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS Theodore Bares, Hartland, Wisconsin, has applied for a
building permit for construction of a single family dwelling on Lot
10, Block A, Hillendale Heights Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Building Inspector Lee has submitted the plans to the
Commission as he deems them to be in possible conflict with Section
6.11 (2) B. which states: "No building shall be permitted the design
or exterior appearance of which is so identical with those adjoining
as to create excessive monotony and drabness.", and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission is to judge the building appearance
and a building permit shall not be issued until the Commission has
approved said plans, and a
WHEREAS in the building inspector's opinion, a.si&ilar home
is located on the adjacent Lot 14, Block A, and
WHEREAS the plans have been referred to the ArchitecPural Sub-
committee for review and recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission, upon recom-
mendation of the Architectural Sub-committee, does hereby deny
of the plans submitted by Thomas Bares for a single family dwelling
on Lot 10, Block A, Hillendale Heights Subdivision.
