APPROVAL OP SIGN - TUDOR OAKS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architectural
Sub-committee, approve an 8' x 8', temporary sign to advertise
the site of Tudor Oaks, a retirement center by Covenant Living
Centers, Inc., to be located on the site south of McShane Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to an
overall height limit of 10' and that there shall be no more than
2' from ground level to the bottom of sign.
