APPROVAL OF SIGN - THE RIDGIjS
RE IT RESOLVZD that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego
does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architectural Sub-committee,
approve two permanent, 12' x 5'6" signs to identify The Ridges
located on each side of the entrance at Tans Drive and High Bluff
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
planting of evergreens at the sides of each sign as well as coni-
ferous plantings along the base of the sign.
