APPROVAL OF IANDSCAPING PLANS
JOHN SWSER, JR.
WHERIiAs the Plan Commission approved a request for expansion
of Conditional Use Grant #15 from John Strasser, Jr., to permit
the construction of an addition to the existing 40' x 80' building
to be used for offices as well as for automobile service station
purposes, and
WHBREAS the expansion was granted, in addition to several
other conditions, that a landscape plan be submitted showing exactly
where plants and grass will beplaatedand where the blacktop will be
placed, and
WHEREAS such landscape plan has now been submitted and Planning
Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the plan and has recommended
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby concur with the recommendation of Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and does hereby approve the landscape plan for
John Strasser, Jr.
