APPROVAL OF CBRTIPIIJD SURVEY MAP
JOHN & MARGARET PAUL
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Frederick W. Shibilski
has been submitted to finalize a three parcel division of the John
and Margaret Paul property on Janesville Road in Section 2, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000 sq. ft.
lots with 100' average width, and
WHEREAS the lots more than meet the square footage requirenent
and average width with the exception of Parcel 1 which ha8 6' less
than required for average width, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the Common Council upon recommendation of the Plan Commis-
sion granted a variance to John & Margaret Paul to permit the creation
of Parcel 1 on August 13th, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend to the Common Council
approval of the certified survey map to finalize a three parcel division
of the John and Margaret.Pau1 property on Janesville Road in Section
2.
BE IT FURlMER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
by the city engineer.
