DENIAL OP PLANS POR
DURHAM MEADOWS Mum1 FAMILY
WHEREAS plans prepared by P. P. Schmitter Architects I .. July -7 8,
1974, submitted for approximately 64 multi family units on Lot 7,
Block 1, Durham Meadows Subdivision, were referred to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended denial
on the basis of those reasons indicated in his report dated September
3, 1974, and
WHBRBAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby
concur with Planning Consultant Mangiamele's recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City 0 of Muskego does hereby deny the building, site and operational plans
for approximately 64 multi family units on Lot 7, Block 1, Durham
Meadows Subdivision.
